 Barsz Czerwony

We make our barsz czerwony (beet root soup) from organic beet roots grown here in Illinois and Michigan. We add a touch of sourcream to the soup to create that special taste.

Gołąbki


We make our gołąbki (cabbage wraps) with the freshest cabbage from the Midwest. We had roasted barley and fried mushrooms and onions to take you back to grandma's kitchen.
